Antique Ottoman Anatolian Waist is A lovely rare traditional example to the early 20th C. Ottoman, Turkish traditional costumes from Western Turkey.

Beautiful flower patterns on a handwoven red base. Inside is ecru hand-woven base fabric. Completely hand stitch.  Hand made button are very well preserved.

Antique Ottoman Anatolian Waist has embroidery and patchwork inside the front.

This used to be special for its ages especially for occasions like weddings, ceremonies, etc.  

This waist was used to be worn with traditional Anatolian shalwar (baggy trousers). 

An antique Ottoman Anatolian Waist was preserved in a family dowry chest.

Made in Central Turkey/ Anatolia. 

No reparations were made to keep the original conditions.
